We help our clients
buy, sell, and lease commercial/investment real estate
by bringing 38 years of experience to each assignment.
We also raise debt and equity for projects. Our president,
Eric Friedman, was a founder of the Missouri Historic
Tax Credit Coalition, that passed the Historic, Rebuilding
Communities, and Neighborhood Presentation programs;
a founder and co-chair of the new Greater St. Louis
Transit Alliance; the president of Housing & Community
Solutions, a not-for-profit working on sustainable
communities; a founder of a charter school; a founder
of Central Reform Congregations; co-founder of the
Realtors Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) property
database; and has served on a number of boards. We’re
helping build the community one project at a time.
