The Magic House

If you have children, the Magic House is a great place to go with kids.   The Magic House engages with children and encourages them to experiment, use creativity and develop problem-solving skills in a place where they will have fun and experience “magic.”  There are ongoing exhibits and programs to help the special abilities of children, and encourages children to learn more and broaden their knowledge.   The Magic House was established in 1979 by Barbie Freud and Jody Newman.    Since then, the Magic House has grown and expanded several times over and has even achieved national recognition.  Education is the center of the Magic House and students in schools nearby often come on field trips to experience the Magic House and to further their education.
